Terms of Service
Welcome to BolaMatch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and BolaMatch Inc ("BolaMatch", "we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the BolaMatch website at bolamatch.com, the BolaMatch mobile application, and any related services we provide (together, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
BolaMatch is a free, informational service that displays football (association football / soccer) fixtures, kickoff times, scores, and TV broadcast information for major competitions. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
The Service is not a betting, gambling, or wagering platform. We do not facilitate bets, offer odds, or process gambling transactions through the Service.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with BolaMatch under applicable law. The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area, or any higher age applicable in your jurisdiction). By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
3. Your license to use the Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BolaMatch grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
This license does not permit you to:
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or its content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
- Modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers, spiders, harvesters) to access the Service or extract data, except for well-behaved public search-engine and AI crawlers acting in accordance with our robots.txt file.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, related systems, or networks, including by submitting malformed requests, exploiting vulnerabilities, or overloading the infrastructure (denial-of-service attacks).
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when interacting with the Service.
- Frame, mirror, or embed the Service within another website or product without our prior written consent.
- Use the Service to develop a competing product or service.
5. Third-party content and links
Fixture, score, and broadcast data displayed in the Service originates from third-party data providers (including football-data.org). Such data is subject to the original provider's terms and accuracy. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data and are not responsible for errors, omissions, schedule changes, or differences between the displayed information and what actually occurs.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, layout, text, graphics, logos, and the BolaMatch name and mark, is owned by BolaMatch Inc or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
League names, team names, team crests, broadcaster names, and broadcaster logos shown in the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used here for the informational and editorial purpose of identifying the relevant fixture. No endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation is implied.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any fixture, kickoff time, score, or broadcast information will be accurate or current. You acknowledge that football schedules and TV broadcast arrangements change frequently, and you should verify critical information independently before relying on it (for example, when traveling to a venue or arranging to watch a specific broadcast).
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BOLAMATCH AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on or in connection with the Service;
- Reliance on any information obtained from the Service, including fixture times, scores, or broadcast schedules;
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
In no event shall BolaMatch's aggregate liability for any and all claims relating to the Service exceed fifty US dollars (USD 50). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BolaMatch and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 12, and 13) will survive.
11. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice (such as an in-app message). Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
You and BolaMatch agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any dispute, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence require otherwise.
13. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BolaMatch regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemic, labor disputes, power or network failures, and acts of government.
- Language. These Terms are written in English. Any translation is provided for convenience only; in case of conflict, the English version prevails.
